733.04 INTERPRETATION.

It is not the intention of this chapter to prohibit the sale or offering for sale of the pro ducts set forth in Section 733.01 nor to prohibit the use of reasonable sound-producing devices to attract trade, but is rather for the sole purpose of regulating the sale of such products to provide for the protection of the children of the City whose attraction to these products outweighs their sense of caution.
