733.01 NOISE-PRODUCING DEVICES ON VEHICLES.

   The use or operation of noise-producing devices employed by vendors or peddlers using motor vehicles, pushcarts or tricycles for the sale of ice cream, popsicles, ice sherbets and other frozen desserts, soft drinks, candy, sandwiches, peanuts, popcorn and other similar products is prohibited when such vehicles are in motion. In no event shall a noise-producing device for the attention of customers be employed past the hour of 9:00 p.m.
