561.06 REMOVAL OF ILLEGALLY PLANTED TREES OR SHRUBS.

Upon the failure of any owner or occupant of any lots or lands to conform to the requirements of Sections 561.05 through 561.07 , the Director of Public Service may cause the trees, shrubs or bushes not planted in conformity herewith to be removed.
