   561.02 FAILURE TO ABATE NUISANCE PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall permit the existence of any nuisance on property owned by him or under his control.
   (b)   No person shall fail to abate any nuisance on property owned by him or under his control after the Director of Public Service has provided notice to do so as provided in this chapter.
