3-2-3: BOUNDARIES OF DISTRICTS:
The boundaries of the street maintenance districts are as defined, and the streets, avenues, alleys and public places constituting each district are as described in resolution 890 of the city which is hereby referred to and by this reference made a part hereof for all purposes. (Ord. 13.38)
3-2-4: TAXES ASSESSED:
The city council finds and determines that all real property situated within the boundaries of the proposed districts as set forth in this chapter will be specially benefited by doing the maintenance and the creation of the street maintenance districts as herein set forth, and the city council hereby declares that all real property situated within the boundaries of each of said districts will be specially benefited by doing the maintenance and the creation of said street maintenance districts as herein set forth; that each of said street maintenance districts shall be assessed with the entire cost of creating said street maintenance district, doing the described maintenance and doing all work properly incidental thereto, and each lot or parcel of land within each district shall be assessed for that part of the whole cost which its area bears to the area of the entire district in which said lot or parcel of land is located, exclusive of streets, avenues, alleys, and public places. 3-2-5: STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FUNDS:
The assessments shall be payable annually into street improvement district funds appropriately numbered, and shall constitute a lien upon the property upon which levy is made in the manner and to the extent provided by law. All assessments to be levied as herein stated:
   A.   Fund Number One: Upon lots or parcels of land located within street maintenance district number one shall constitute a fund to be known as street maintenance district number one fund;
   B.   Fund Number Two: Upon lots or parcels of land located within street maintenance district number two shall constitute a fund to be known as street maintenance district number two fund;
   C.   Fund Number Three: Upon lots or parcels of land located within street maintenance district number three shall constitute a fund to be known as street maintenance district number three fund; and
   D.   Fund Number Four: Upon lots or parcels of land located within street maintenance district number four shall constitute a fund to be known as street maintenance district number four fund. (Ord. 13.38)
