A. Adoption Of Code: The Montana state plumbing code, with all its amendments and supplements made a part thereof, is hereby adopted by the city, to be, from this date forward, the law of the city.
B. Copies On Files: Two (2) copies of said adopted code shall be filed in the office of the city clerk-treasurer for inspection by the public, as set out in subsection 10-1-1B of this title. (Ord. 15.20; amd. 2006 Code)
The city is hereby authorized, upon giving reasonable notice thereof to the public and interested parties, to require any person, firm, business, corporation or other entity doing business, as defined in Montana law, within the corporate limits of the city, to be duly licensed with the state of Montana board of plumbers in accordance with the practice and procedure set out in the Montana Code Annotated title 37, chapter 69, part 3. Violation of this chapter is deemed a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, is punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 15.20; amd. 2006 Code)
