The city is hereby authorized, upon giving reasonable notice thereof to the public and interested parties, to require any person, firm, business, corporation or other entity doing business, as defined in Montana law, within the corporate limits of the city, to be duly licensed with the state of Montana board of plumbers in accordance with the practice and procedure set out in the Montana Code Annotated title 37, chapter 69, part 3.
