§ 53.02 PAYMENT OF COSTS.
   In the case of all underground extensions of electric distribution facilities as covered by these rules, either a new residential subdivision or an existing residential subdivision, the real estate developer or customer shall make contribution in aid of construction to the utility in an amount equal to the estimated cost of overhead and/or underground facilities as set forth in this chapter. A distribution system in a new residential subdivision and an existing residential subdivision in the city or the surrounding area shall be placed underground, if possible. The owner or developer of such subdivisions shall be required to make a contribution in aid of construction to the utility in an amount equal to the sum of the amount determined by the Electrical Supervisor for the construction.
