§ 53.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Residential, commercial and industrial distribution and service lines shall be placed underground at the option of the city in areas in or around the city.
   (B)   The city shall bear the cost of construction were electric facilities are placed underground at the option of the city for its own convenience.
