(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99.
(B) Unless otherwise provided, any person violating the provisions of § 74.02(C) shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Unless otherwise provided, any person violating § 74.11 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $750.
