§ 72.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   (1)   Whoever violates any provision this chapter, other than § 72.13 and Ch.75, Schedule I shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished upon conviction by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25 for each offense.
      (2)   Any vehicle stopped, left standing, caused to be stopped or left standing in violation of Ch.75, Schedule I may be towed at the expense of the owner and/or operator of that vehicle. The penalty for the violation of Ch. 75, Schedule I is a fine up to the sum of $250 and each day the vehicle is stopped, left standing or parked in violation shall constitute a separate offense

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 72.13 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished upon conviction by a fine of $25. ('84 Code, § 510.5) (Ord. 1981-11, effective 1-1-82)
   (C)   Any person violating § 72.14 shall subject their automobile to be towed and impounded and shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $250.
