§ 72.13 AUTHORITY OF CITY COMMISSION TO DESIGNATE “NO PARKING” ZONES.
   The City Commission shall, by ordinance, designate “no parking” zones upon the city streets, when, in its discretion, such prohibition is in the interest of the general public.
