§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.01 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.02 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit.

   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.03 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph shall pay an additional fine of $2 for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit.

   (E)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.04 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35.Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than five mph shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of five mph over the maximum speed limit.

   (F)   Any driver of a vehicle who disobeys the directions of any traffic signal in violation of § 71.05 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

   (G)   Any driver of a vehicle who violates any provision of § 71.06 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

   (Q)   Any person who drives a vehicle otherwise than to the right of any rotary traffic island shall be guilty of a violation of § 71.16, and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

   (R)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.17 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs.

   (S)   Any person who violates any provision of § 71.18 shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in § 7752(a) of the Vehicle Code, being 75 Pa.C.S. §§ 101 et seq.

   (T)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 71.19 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $300 and the costs of prosecution and/or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
