§ 71.04 MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS ESTABLISHED IN PARKS.
   A speed limit of 15 mph is established on all streets and roadways in the public parks maintained and operated by the borough, except in the following locations, where the lower maximums, as specified, shall apply:
