§ 71.15 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES RESTRICTED ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No motor vehicle including a motorcycle, pedalcycle or minibike shall be operated on any property owned by the borough or any other public agency or instrumentality within the borough without the permission of the property owner and a permit from the Mayor of the borough.
