§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,500, which fine shall be set by the Board of Public Works and Safety. In addition, that person shall be responsible for all reasonable clean up and disposal costs, including the fees for any necessary environmental professional services and fees paid to third party haulers, that may result or arise from that person’s violation of this chapter.
