§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 91.02 shall, on conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not more than $750 for each offense, to which may be added costs of $10, as described in § 10.99.
