(A) No person, firm, partnership, corporation or business, hereinafter referred to as “person,” shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the town. Any person who is convicted of violating any of the provisions of the ordinances of the town shall be punished by a fine of not more than $750, to which may be added costs of $10.
(B) Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provisions of the ordinances of the town is committed, contracted, permitted or omitted by any such person, and he or she shall be punished accordingly.
(C) The imposition of any fine shall not bar institution of the appropriate legal action of proceedings by the town to restrain, correct or abate the violations through injunctions, mandamus or otherwise, nor shall the institution of such legal actions or proceedings be deemed to bar the imposition of such fine. The town shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs in any proceedings authorized in this code and as authorized by law.
