§ 91.02 DEPOSITING GARBAGE AND DEBRIS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to deposit or place any garbage, litter, filth, manure, ashes or other rubbish, or any obstruction whatever, on any vacant lot or lots, on any street, alley, sidewalk or other public ground within the limits of the town.
