§ 131.04 EXCEPTION FOR FIREARMS OR AIR-POWERED ARMS.
   There shall be an exception to the prohibition in this chapter for persons discharging firearms or air-powered arms at formally established ranges operated or approved by the town in the manner in which the range was intended to be used.
