§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 113.01 through 113.11 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both fined and imprisoned.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 113.25 through 113.30 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both fined and imprisoned.
   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of § 113.45 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Each day of continued violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
