Whenever it shall appear to the satisfaction of the Board of Commissioners that this subchapter has been violated at any particular location in the city, the license issued by the city for the use of such tables or similar instruments for public amusement at that location, shall be deemed canceled and forfeited when so ordered by resolution of the Board of Commissioners, in addition to any other penalty provided in this code.
