(A) No person shall sell goods or services at a duly permitted special event unless they have a valid city occupational license or a festival vendor license, as defined herein.
(B) The festival vendor license shall be issued by the Finance Department upon payment of the sum of $15 for each single stand or stall or other location at the location of the special event. The license year shall be from May 1 to April 30.
(C) The annual fee for the festival vendor license may be collected by the organization responsible for conducting the special event or festival, and said organization shall remit its collections to the Finance Department immediately upon their receipt.
(D) This festival vendor license shall not apply to businesses operating amusement park rides. These businesses are subject to the city itinerant vendors regulations.
