§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates §§ 73.01 or 73.60 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $20, nor more than $250.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 73.02, 73.15 through 73.20 and 73.35 through 73.45 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $250, or imprisoned not more than 60 days in the county jail, or both so fined and imprisoned.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 73.46 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $100.
