§ 73.20 MOTORCYCLE, MOTORIZED SCOOTER AND MOPED OPERATORS TO OBEY TRAFFIC LAWS.
   Every person operating a motorcycle, motorized scooter or moped upon a highway shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties imposed by the traffic laws of the state or by the traffic ordinances of the city.
