(A) Every person operating or riding a bicycle in a park or on the Licking River Greenway Trail located in the city shall wear a protective helmet of good fit, fastened securely and meeting American National Standards Institute standards, or Snell Memorial Foundation standards, or standards adopted by the Federal Government.
(B) No person operating a bicycle in a park or on the Licking River Greenway Trail located in the city shall allow anyone to ride as a passenger unless the passenger is wearing a helmet.
(C) A parent or guardian of a minor shall be responsible for requiring that the parent or guardian’s minor children wear protective helmets when they operate or ride a bicycle in a park or on the Licking River Greenway Trail in the city.
