(A) No person shall operate on any street or a public way of the city more than two trailers. No combination of a truck and trailer shall exceed 65 feet in length.
(B) No person shall operate on any street or public way of the city any motor truck whose length, including any part of body or load, shall exceed 35 feet, nor any semi-trailer truck whose length, including any part of body or load, shall exceed 65 feet.
