5-2-15: TEMPORARY PARKING REGULATIONS:
   A.   For the purposes of this section, "temporary" shall mean a period of time of fourteen (14) days or less.
   B.   Whenever the chief of police determines that due to a special condition or event that the customary parking of motor vehicles or the enforcement of existing parking regulations may create a temporary hazard, he shall authorize the placement of temporary "No Parking" signs or notice of the suspension of the existing parking regulation(s) shall be posted.
   C.   It shall be unlawful to park any motor vehicle in violation of a temporary "No Parking" order, provided a sign is posted; and it shall not be unlawful to park any motor vehicle in violation of an existing parking regulation which has been temporarily suspended in accordance with this section.
