5-2-8: PARALLEL PARKING:
Parking of vehicles shall be restricted to parallel parking only on the following streets or parts of streets in the city:
   57TH STREET, north side, between Kensington Avenue and Madison Avenue. (1970 Code §4-3.10, as amended)
