5-2-1: PARKING AFTER SNOWFALL:
It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on any public street in the city at any time within twelve (12) hours after a snowfall of two inches (2") or more has occurred, unless the snow has been plowed off or otherwise removed from the street. (1970 Code §4-3.01)
