9-4-3: ENFORCEMENT:
The city shall enforce its building codes, including the adopted codes in section 9-4-2 of this chapter, under a building code enforcement program in compliance with the provisions of Idaho Code section 39-4116, and may further contract with a public or private entity to administer such building code enforcement program.
