The most recent versions of the following codes, standards, appendices, pamphlets and supplements are hereby adopted by the city as though fully set forth herein for the purpose of regulating the erection, construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, moving, removal, conversion, demolition, occupancy, equipment, use, height, area and maintenance of buildings, structures and signs in the city. One copy of each of said codes is on file in the office of the city clerk- treasurer for public use and inspection.
A. International building code, including all rules promulgated by the Idaho building code board to provide equivalency with the provisions of the Americans with disabilities act accessibility guidelines and the federal fair housing act accessibility guidelines.
B. International residential code, parts I through IV and IX.
