§ 110.03 RESIDENTIAL RENTAL REGISTRATION.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate, let or rent to another for occupancy any single residential dwelling or multi-family dwelling unit unless it has been registered with the city’s Code Compliance.
