§ 92.40 USE OF DISPLAY FIREWORKS.

No display fireworks shall be ignited within 300 feet of a facility that sells consumer and display fireworks or a temporary structure for the sale of consumer fireworks, as defined by Section 2407 and 2410 of the State Fireworks Law, Act 43 of 2017, Article 24 Fireworks.
