SCHEDULE I. ROLLER BLADES, SKATEBOARDS AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful to use, operate or ride roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, scooters and similar equipment on the sidewalk along the following portion of the streets and designated areas in the city.

SCHEDULE II. THRU HIGHWAYS.
   (A)   State Highway L.R. 25076 from Station 176+80 (city line) to Station 224+23 shall be, and is hereby designated as, a “thru highway” and all traffic shall come to a full stop before entering or crossing the same after proper signs have been erected.
   (B)   The city requests the Department of Highways to erect signs at the intersections of all highways which enter upon said state highway between the points aforesaid.
   (C)   Said state highway shall not be considered a “thru highway” unless or until the Secretary of Highways approves this resolution and the Department of Highways erects the necessary signs to stop traffic as above.

Portion extending from West Washington Street to West Park Place shall be restricted to vehicular traffic moving in a southerly direction and all parked vehicles shall be facing in a southerly direction; excepting that portion south of the former Allen Street which shall be open to two-way traffic with no parking on either side
