(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions in §§ 55.01 or 55.02 shall not receive any free garbage pick-up service, and if garbage, recycling or other refuse is left on the margin of the street in any other condition than provided by §§ 55.01 or 55.02, it shall be considered a menace to public health, and any person, firm or corporation guilty of the violation shall be subject to a penalty set forth in the town's fee schedule for each and every offense.
(C) Pursuant to the authority of G.S. § 14-4(a), violating § 55.03 shall be a Class 3 Misdemeanor and shall be subject to the fine set forth in the town's fee schedule. Each offense is a separate offense and may be charged accordingly.
