§ 51.159 MONITORING FACILITIES.
   When a person discharges a waste that is subject to the industrial waste surcharge, the Director of Public Works may require monitoring facilities. The installation and use of the monitoring facilities shall be in compliance with §§ 51.138 and 51.141 of this code.
