EDITOR’S NOTE: The municipality provides by ordinance for the employment of an engineer or firm of engineers, designated the Municipal Engineer or just the Engineer for a stipulated period. These ordinances provide for the services to be rendered by such person or persons and the compensation to be paid by the municipality therefor. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained from the Manager.
