§ 1246.10 FILING OF PRELIMINARY PLAT; FEE.

The preliminary plat shall be considered officially filed on the day it is received by the Planning Commission and shall be so dated. A filing fee shall be charged, as indicated in § 1242.05. (See Figure 11 immediately following these subdivision regulations.)
