(a) Minor subdivision (lot split). For the review of minor subdivision plans, there is a minimum fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each subdivision.
(b) Preliminary plan review. For the review of preliminary plans of a subdivision, there is a minimum fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each subdivision, plus two dollars ($2.00) for each lot in excess of five lots.
(c) Final plat examination. For the examination of final plats of a subdivision, there is a minimum fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each plat, plus two dollars ($2.00) for each lot in excess of five lots.
