9.6.103: PARKING MOTOR VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY:
It is unlawful for any person to park or stand a motor vehicle or other personal property on the premises of another or in the lawful possession of another without the permission of the owner or person in possession of the property. (Ord. 4517; 1968 Code §8-35; Ord. 01-42)
9.6.104: USE OF PROPERTY OF ANOTHER:
It is unlawful for any person to use or cause to be used, in any manner, the real or personal property of another, or in lawful possession of another, for any purpose, including advertising, storage, grazing or recreation, without the permission of the owner or person in possession of the property. 9.6.105: URINATION OR DEFECATION:
It is unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate upon any public place or place within public view other than in a toilet facility provided for the purpose. (Ord. 82-55; Ord. 01-42)
9.6.106: USE OF MEDIANS OR CENTRAL DIVIDING STRIP:

9.6.107: OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED:
It is unlawful for any person to conduct open burning activities without a permit as set forth in section 4.108 of the Fire Code as adopted and amended in chapter 8 of this Code. (Ord. 01-42)
9.6.108: CITY FACILITY SECURITY/REGULATION; VIOLATION:
   A.   Compliance With Security Regulations: No person shall be authorized to enter or remain upon any City "facility" defined by section 3.2.301 of this Code without complying with security rules and regulations posted by the Manager pursuant to section 3.2.302 of this Code.
   B.   Violation: It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly enter upon any City facility in violation of security rules and regulations posted by the Manager pursuant to section 3.2.302 of this Code.
   C.   Unlawful Possession; Municipal Airport: No person shall be authorized to enter or remain upon the "passenger terminal facility" or the "Air Operations Area (AOA)" of the Municipal Airport as those areas are defined by section 3.2.301 of this Code while in possession of marijuana as defined in section 9.7.206 of this chapter.
   D.   Remaining In Facility After Being Denied Entry: It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly remain upon any City facility or in or upon the passenger terminal facility or the AOA of the Municipal Airport after having been denied entry or having been asked to leave due to a violation of security rules and regulations posted by the Manager pursuant to section 3.2.302 of this Code or this subsection D. 9.6.109: ALLOWING A PUBLIC NUISANCE:
It shall be unlawful for any owner, manager or person in possession of real property to knowingly encourage or allow the occurrence of a "public nuisance" upon the property, as that term is defined in part 7 of this article. Every day on which a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation and offense. (Ord. 09-96)
