9.6.101: DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person intentionally, knowingly or recklessly to injure, deface, destroy or sever in any manner any real or personal property or improvements thereto of any other person in this City.
   B.   It is unlawful for any person intentionally, knowingly or recklessly to injure, deface, destroy or sever in any manner any real or personal property or improvements belonging to the City. (Ord. 4517; 1968 Code §§8-32, 8-33; Ord. 01-42)
9.6.102: TRESPASS:
It is unlawful for any person intentionally or knowingly:
   A.   To trespass or enter upon the land of another or in possession of another without the permission of the owner or the person in possession of the property, or, having lawfully entered upon the property, to remain on the property after having been directed by the owner or person in possession of the property to depart; or
   B.   To enter into or upon land or a building that is posted, locked, or otherwise fenced or enclosed in a manner that a reasonably prudent person would understand that the owner does not want the person on the land or in the building. (Ord. 4517; 1968 Code §8-34; 1980 Code; Ord. 01-42)
9.6.103: PARKING MOTOR VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY:
It is unlawful for any person to park or stand a motor vehicle or other personal property on the premises of another or in the lawful possession of another without the permission of the owner or person in possession of the property. (Ord. 4517; 1968 Code §8-35; Ord. 01-42)
9.6.104: USE OF PROPERTY OF ANOTHER:
It is unlawful for any person to use or cause to be used, in any manner, the real or personal property of another, or in lawful possession of another, for any purpose, including advertising, storage, grazing or recreation, without the permission of the owner or person in possession of the property.
