713.05 ADEQUATE POLICE PROTECTION.

The licensee shall provide for adequate police protection at all times during the conduct of an event being held in the rental hall. The Chief of Police may require that the licensee hire one (1) or more off-duty Cleveland Heights police officers to provide for adequate police protection.
