No person shall throw or roll dice or play or engage in any game of cards or game of chance or any form of gambling in any bowling alley or billiard room licensed under the provisions of this chapter, or in any room, hallway, stairway or entrance adjoining or adjacent to any such bowling alley or billiard room and connected therewith, or in the room in which a bowling alley or pool or billiard table is located, or at any cigar stand or other business location in any such bowling alley or billiard room, whether or not such stand or location is separated from the rest of the area by a partition or any other means.
