The Mayor or designee shall appoint a Coordinator of Personal Information Systems. The Coordinator shall be responsible for administering the City's compliance with the Ohio Privacy Act in accordance with State law and the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter. The Coordinator shall inform each City employee having any responsibility in the operation or maintenance of a personal information system, or the use of personal information maintained in such system, of the provisions of the Ohio Privacy Act and of all the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter.
