(a) No person shall enter or use any structure or premises which the Building Commissioner, Municipal Fire Safety Inspector or other authorized City official has ordered vacated pursuant to Section 1345.06, 1365.06 or 1501.04(f) or comparable provision of the Ohio Revised Code except for the purpose of making required repairs or demolishing said structure or premises.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
