103.01 OFFICIAL SEAL.

The official seal of the City of Cleveland Heights shall have engraved thereon the coat of arms of the State as described in Ohio R.C. 5.10, and shall be two and one-quarter (2-1/4) inches in diameter, and shall be surrounded by these words "The City of Cleveland Heights, Chartered, Aug. 9, 1921".
