(a) No owner, occupant or person in control of any residential property in the City shall conduct, host, or allow to be conducted on said residential premises any party or other activity for which all or some of the persons attending such party or other activity are required to pay an entrance fee or other monetary compensation.
(b) Subsection (a) shall not apply to fundraisers for the benefit of political parties or candidates or for non-profit organizations provided that the persons attending the fundraiser are advised of the intended donee of the proceeds of the fundraiser prior to attendance.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
