505.13 PROTECTION OF WILD LIFE IN PARKS.

(a) No person shall, within any park, unlawfully molest, hunt, take, chase, shoot or throw any object at any animal, or remove or have in his possession any animal or the eggs or young of any such animal.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
