503.06 SIGNS OR OBSTRUCTIONS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall attach, erect or maintain any sign of any type or description, or place any obstruction in, on or over any street or other public property within the City, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Mayor or designee or the Board of Education.
